Sit to Side-Lying
Sit on edge of bed.
1. Turn head 45° to right.
2. Maintain head position and lie down slowly on left side. Hold until symptoms subside.
3. Sit up slowly. Hold until symptoms subside.
4. Turn head 45° to left.
5. Maintain head position and lie down slowly on right side. Hold until symptoms subside.
6. Sit up slowly.
